At ELLIPAL, we stand by the quality of our cold wallet technology and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. To ensure the security of our customers, returned hardware must be untampered with and include all original security seals.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the ELLIPAL device in its original box, ensuring all cables, mnemonic cards, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send the package to our designated inspection center.

  Security Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our technicians will verify the hardware integrity and security seals; approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
